Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
DiggieStack is a product of Diggiecorp, a digital agency and software studio registered in Frankfurt, Germany. References to "we", "us", or "our" refer to Diggiecorp. You can contact us at privacy@digistack.com.
2. What data we collect
We collect: (a) Account data — name, email address, and password when you register. (b) Payment data — processed by Stripe; we never store card numbers. (c) Usage data — tool jobs you run, pages processed, credit consumption. (d) WordPress content — post titles, URLs, and meta fields you choose to optimize. We process this to generate output and do not store it beyond 30 days.
3. How we use your data
We use your data to: provide and improve the DiggieStack platform; process payments via Stripe; send transactional emails (license keys, receipts) via Resend; monitor platform performance and fix bugs. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.
4. Data retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Job inputs and outputs are automatically purged after 30 days. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing privacy@digistack.com.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication (Supabase session cookies). We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.
6. GDPR rights (EU users)
If you are located in the EU, you have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; request deletion ("right to be forgotten"); object to processing; data portability. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@digistack.com. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Third-party services
We use: Supabase (database & auth) — EU data residency available; Stripe (payments) — PCI DSS compliant; Resend (email delivery); Vercel (hosting) — SOC 2 compliant. Each processor operates under their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users. Continued use of DiggieStack after changes constitutes acceptance.
