14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind our tools. If you're not satisfied within 14 days of purchase, we'll give you a full refund — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Email billing@digistack.com with your account email and order details. Subject line: "Refund Request — [your email]". We will process your refund within 1 business day of approval. Funds appear in your account within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
Subscription refunds
Monthly subscriptions are refundable within 14 days of the initial charge or any renewal charge. Annual subscriptions are refundable within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, you may cancel your subscription and retain access until the end of the paid period — no partial refunds after 14 days.
One-time license refunds
One-time license purchases are refundable within 14 days. After 14 days, licenses are non-refundable. If a tool is significantly broken or fails to deliver its core functionality, we will work with you to resolve the issue or offer a refund regardless of the 14-day window.
Add-on credit packs
Credit pack add-ons are non-refundable once credits have been consumed. Unused credit packs are refundable within 14 days of purchase.
