Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2025
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using DiggieStack, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users including free, paid, and agency accounts.
2. Description of service
DiggieStack provides AI-powered WordPress SEO tools, content automation tools, and related services. Tools are available via subscription plans or one-time license purchases. Tool availability and pricing may change with reasonable notice.
3. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for: maintaining the security of your account credentials; all activity that occurs under your account; ensuring your use complies with applicable laws; not sharing your license keys with unauthorized users.
4. License terms
One-time purchases grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the specified tool on one (1) WordPress domain. Subscription plans grant access to all included tools across the number of domains specified in your plan. Licenses may not be resold, sublicensed, or transferred without written consent.
5. Credits and usage
Credits are consumed when you run tool operations. Credits reset on your billing date each month. Unused credits do not roll over except on Agency plans. If you exhaust your credits, tool operations will pause until credits reset or you purchase add-on packs.
6. Payments and billing
All payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. One-time purchases are final. Annual plans are billed upfront for 10 months (2 months free). You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
7. Refund policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. To request a refund, email billing@digistack.com within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. See our full Refund Policy for details.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use DiggieStack to: generate spam content or violate search engine guidelines; reverse-engineer or copy our tools; resell access without an authorized reseller agreement; process illegal content; attempt to circumvent credit or license restrictions.
9. Limitation of liability
DiggieStack is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
